Welcome to Dellwood Lodge, which is is a large stone faced Luxury Dormer Bungalow set on its own wooded and landscaped site ideally located in a quiet area on the beautifully scenic ‘The Ring of Kerry ‘ N70 route. The house is situated between Glenbeigh Village and Cahersiveen town and as is approx. one mile from the idyllic, sheltered and safe Kells beach. Kells Beach is a medium sized sandy beach with a pier which facilitates boating, fishing and swimming.

It is a perfect location for an activity holiday as there are many outdoor activities close at hand from Fishing (Sea Angling and River/Lake Fishing), Hill Climbing, Cycling, Golf (Dooks and Waterville Golf Courses are within 30 mins. drive), Boat Trips to simply touring and enjoying the many scenic spots nearby, e.g Valentia Island, Skellig Michael Archaeological Site and Rossbeigh Beach. Heating provided by open fire, wood burner as well as central Oil Heating Burner. Sky TV available. The house is ideal for self catering as it is spacious, with 4 Double bedrooms (3 en-suite), Bathroom, well-fitted Kitchen, Utility Room, Games Room, Downstairs Toilet, Sitting Room, Spacious Sun Room. Total House Area:2,500Sq. Ft ( 235 Sq. Meters).

Outside the site which is ¾ acre (0.3035Hectare), commands some beautiful views of Dingle Bay, as well as surrounding hills and woodlands.

We will be happy to provide you with maps and information on how to do “your thing” when you Self Cater at Dellwood Lodge.

Rates:

May – June & September- October €600 (Euro) /Week

July & August €770 (Euro) /Week

Rest of Year (when open) €500 (Euro) /Week

Note: There is a minimum of one week booking & a minimum of one week's notice of booking.

Payment

When you book, you pay a deposit of 33% of the total cost.

You pay the balance, payable 42 days prior to arrival date.

If you book within 42 days of arrival date, you pay the full amount at time of booking.

Cancellation charges:

If a client cancels a holiday for whatever reason, the following cancellation charges apply;

More than 42 days: Deposit .

22-42 days ........................ 60%*

8-21 days............................ 75%*

Less than 8 days................ 100% *

Also, arrival date or after:... 100%
